It could only happen in New York department. A five-year-old beagle was presented with a gold record last week for her contributions to the title song on Alice Cooper's "Muscle Of Love" album. The dog, one Dolly Leibert, belongs to Dave Leibert, one-time tour manager for Alice who is now involved in business with Johnny Podell, booking agent for Alice and numerous others, who made the presentation.
