It could only happen in New York department. A five-year-old beagle was presented with a gold record last week for her contribution to the title song on Alice Cooper's "Muscle Of Love" album. The dog, one Dolly Leibert, belongs to Dave Liebert, one-time tour manager for Alice who is now involved in business with Johnny Podell, booking numerous others, who made the presentation.
