Looking at the songs that this album contains shows one that the title, "Alice Cooper's Greatest Hits," is a misnomer. A more apt name would be, "The Best of Alice Cooper." After all, the group hasn't had 12 top 40 hits.

The material on this LP was well-selected and included most of Alice Cooper's best known (and most listenable) songs. Three-fourths of the songs are from "Killer", "Billion Dollar Babies" and "Muscle of Love" LPs.
