VINCENT DAMON FURNIER, better known to rock fans as Alice Cooper, has been playing his own bizarre brand of horror-theater rock for over my 15 years. The Alice Cooper band began with an uneasy anger that made most early audiences uncomfortable, if not outright sick. In the early days, Alice was seen as a joke.
