Up On The Roof, It's Alice Cooper
ATTENTION HEAVY METALLURGISTS: You can greet heavy metal rocker Alice Cooper at 7 p.m. Tuesday at 3801 Hampton Avenue. That's where Sound Warehouse is situated, and Cooper has been booked for its rooftop. Rooftop? Yep. Cooper is appearing in a 12-city tour across the country "in unexpected places."
The tour began in Los Angeles, where Cooper and his band took over radio station KLOS. In Towson, Md., he performed on the courthouse steps. The tour, incidentally, will push his current Epic album, "Hey Stoopid," which will be priced for a two-hour period at 98 cents at some local retaileries.
