Hey! Alice! It's time to take out the Trash

America's king of gore Alice Cooper will hit the UK with a full British tour in December!

The 'Alice Cooper Trashes The World' tour will run as follows:

Glasgow SECC December 5, Whitley Bay Ice Rink 7, Wembley Arena 10 and 11, Birmingham NEC 14.

Tickets are priced for Glasgow and Whitley Bay, Birmingham and Wembly

On the hotline from Toronto, Alice told Mayhem:

"I'm real excited about this tour. It's gonna be a whole new show, more like a 'Billion Dollar Babies' type show. More bed, less red!"

"We're gonna do a great 'Trash' section, and then we take the audience into a classic Alice-type thing. We're also gonna ask the audience to shout out any song they'd like to hear, from any of my 20 albums, and we'll try and playit for them!"

So who's gonna be in the band?

"Well, I've got 25 guys back in LA, all of whom have learned the songs. When I fly back to LA, I'll choose the five who'll join. There's no-one that well known, but they're all top of the line players. Having said that, they'll probably all have solo albums out in two years time... My last band did!"

Alice releases a new single 'Bed Of Nails', through Epic on September 25.

Taken from his Gold album 'Trash', it's backed with 'I'm Your Gun' and comes in all of the regular formats plus a shaped picture disc and red, green and blue vinyl!

"We just finished a video for it, and I'm still real sore!" says Alice. "Let's just say it's very physical...."
